Very Cute and Cozy atmosphere. I ordered the special of the day, Margarita Sliders with a brownie for dessert. They were amazing especially with the balsamic vinegar and pesto. The brownie reminded me of my grandmas very yummy homemade brownies. I would love to come back again sometime for Breakfast after overhearing other customers rave about it !
We ate at the Fabled Farmer on our way up 94. It was a welcome fresh treat. Found gluten free option that were delicious, right down to dessert. The service was superb. It was a quaint fabulous find.
Cute spot with very kind, friendly people! The Sesame Salmon Bowl was fresh and light with sweet and tangy crunches. Great flavors and textures, I almost ordered an additional meal to go 😂 For dessert I tried a FRESH oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, a peanut butter pie, and a glazed lemon poppy muffin. By tried I mean to say I inhaled them. So good 😊 Also tried a juice who’s name escapes me but I think it had ginger and lemon/lemonade 🤷🏻♂️? Think it had a short 3 letter name? Anyways, it was light, tangy, and almost a little spicy with the ginger. Very fun drink. 100% will stop in again if I come back up this way.
Nice little place! Good was fantastic and the juice bar was delightful. We had the Farmers special and the Omelette, both were divine. The eggs were delicious and light, dare I say perfectly cooked. The potatoes were awesome, lightly sautéed with a boat load of veggies and herbs. I got the sausage with mine, who could go wrong with sausage? And the water was a pleasant surprise, cucumber lemon at no extra charge! The waitress was pleasant, worth stopping by!
Hands down one of the best small local places I've eaten for breakfast! The food was excellent - truly top notch, the service was equally as wonderful. They were on top of everything, didn't skip a beat. Incredibly pleasant and such a cute vibe inside too! I was there with my 4 girlfriends for a little girls getaway weekend and we were offered recommendations from the menu and even given a bakery item on the house when one of the 5 meals was just taking a little longer than the others. We certainly didn't mind the food taking extra time as we were in no rush at all but it was really nice to feel so taken care of. This is a must stop every time I'll be passing through Fergus in the future now, hands down cannot say enough good things!
So delicious! Love the homemade and healthier fare. Fresh! Should have taken pictures of our lunch but everyone ate it right up. So you get a picture of our to go carrot cake, which I 100% recommend!
So delicious, wish we had something like this in our town! Healthy made in house items and a fresh carrot cake we couldn't resist. A bit hard to find as it's tucked away, but worth the hunt (and Google helped). Falafel was delicious, others had Cali chicken, BLT, and the younger one loved picking 4 items for a make your own kids snack plate. Everyone liked it - a hidden gem of a win!
I had a wonderful breakfast here. It was an omelet with many items in it. I took a picture of the menu here which lists what is in this delicious omelet. I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a glass of water with a cucumber 🥒 twist. Very healthy. The potatoes had all the ingredients that the omelet did. Bring the kids...
I was recommended to visit The Fabled Farmer by a coworker. I was in a hurry, so got takeout, and got the Southwest Bowl, the Heartbeet Juice, and a Banana Bread Muffin. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I especially loved that the Bowl was a really nice serving size, it was plenty to fill me up without being overwhelming. I am excited to visit again, and hope I'm able to dine in to really enjoy the experience!
